that it is well done & performed in a Workman like
manner, And the Said Agreement was fully Compleated
(Except the Ceiling of the Cubilo) And Your Said Comittee
having likewise viewed the Work done & provided by the
Said Richard Jupp< no role > pursuant to the first mentioned Order
of Court Your Comittee Do find & are Satisfied that the Said
Jupp has performed his Agreement with your Said Comittee
(Except the Ceiling of the Cubilo) and are of Opinion that
he ought to be paid the Sume of Forty Pounds (in full of
the Sum of One hundred & Forty Pounds) and Ten Pounds
making together the Sume of Fifty Pounds, which
together with the Sume of One hundred Pounds already
Paid him by Order of this Court in December last is
in full of his Said Contract, And are further of, Opinion
that the five Guineas agreed by this Court to be paid him
over & above his Contract Should be paid him So Soon as
the Ceiling of the Cubilo is Finished.

All which Wee humbly Submitt to the consideration
of this Court Etc

his contract for materials
& work done at Hicks hall ,
and also to pay him five

finishing the reiling of
the Cubilo}

Whereas Nathaniel Blacker< no role > by John Martin Alexander< no role >
Garrett Richard Farwell< no role > & John Mercer< no role > Esqrs . five of the
Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of the
County of Middx (three of them being a Quorum)
appointed amongst others by an Order of Sessions to
contract with and employ workmen for makeing the Court
of Hicks Hall [..] in St. John Street more commodious &
warm for the winter half yeare, have by their Report in
writing certifyed unto this Court That Nicholas Hawksmore< no role >
Esqr . was appointed by them & others of the Court to take a
Survey of the Said Court, and that they contracted with
Richard Jupp< no role > Carpenter to make & perform and find &
