hundred & thirty three and one thousand Seven hundred & thirty
four, by reason that there was not any Rate made in those yeares
upon the parishes & places in the Said Hundreds for raiseing moneys
for that purpose, And It was prayed by the Said John Williams< no role > &
John Simmonds< no role > that this Court will be pleased to Order that they
may be paid their Said respective pentions now due to them &
in arreare, This Court being Satisfyed of the truth of the
premisses And that the present Treasurer for the Said Hundreds
hath not money in his hands to pay the Said pentions
Doth Order that Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqr . Treasurer for this present
year one thousand Seven hundred & thirty five of the
moneys collected & received or to be collected & received for
releife of maimed Soldiers & Mariners residing within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton & Gore in this County, be
and he is hereby desired to pay unto the Said John Williams< no role >
& John Simmonds< no role > respectively (upon produceing to the
Said Mr. Harvey their respective Orders of being admitted
Pentioners) the aforesaid Pentions due to them respectively
& in arreare for the Said two years last past, and also the
accrewing pentions to grow due to them respectively by
vertue of their Said Orders of Admission for this present
yeare one thousand Seven hundred & thirty five, And
that the respective receipts of the Said John Williams< no role > &
John Simmonds< no role > together with this Order Shall be
Sufficient discharges to the Said Mr. Harvey for the
payments to be by him made pursuant thereunto.

Middx to the County day
of the next Sessions}

It is Ordered by this Court that the making the Report of
the Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County
appointed to draw up a Representation to the Lord high
Chancellor concerning Thomas Robe< no role > Esqr . a Justice of the
peace of the Said County, be and the Same is hereby
adjourned untill the County day of the next General
Session of the peace for this County.
