Information as aforesaid Should not be granted against
him, And this Court being of opinion that the Said Mr.
Higgs hath done his duty in issueing forth his precept in
order to raise the moneys assessed by the Order & Rate
aforesaid for the purpose above mentioned, Doth Order
that the Said Mr. Higgs do make a defence against the
Said Information and prosecution intended to be
thereupon had, And that he be allowed the charges &
expences of making Such defence.

Order for enlargeing the
time for takeing a View to
See if the work done for
making Hicks hall more
warm & commodious,
be well performed}

It is Ordered by this Court that the time limited by a
former Order of Court for the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County to view and See if the
work done by Richard Jupp< no role > Carpenter for makeing Hicks
hall more commodious & warm for the winter halfe
yeare is well & Sufficiently done & performed, be enlarged
untill the County day of the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden for the Said County.

Justices for taking the
Accounts of the Treasurers
Etc}

It is Ordered by this Court that Stephen Beckingham< no role > Esqr . one
of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County be added to
and he is hereby appointed one of the Committee of the
Justices of the peace for the Said County appointed by a
former Order of Court to take the accounts of the Treasurers
of this County & other persons who are Accountants.

County, to whom It was by Order of Court made on Thursday
the twenty ninth day of August last referred to view, and
to contract with, and employ proper persons to gravel or
doe other repaires wanting & necessary to be done to a
