Lock & Hinges to the Cellar are wanting The whole
House to be Whitened the House to be Ripped and Gutters
at the Top of the House, and the Tops of the Chimneys
to be repaired. The Front of the House, and the
Window Shutters< no role > of the Parlour to be new painted,
The peers going up to the Outer Door to be repaired
& Coped with Stone, The shell over the Door to be
new Tyled. In the Lodge house, The Kitchen
Hearth to be new laid And the Floor of the
Kitchen & Passage to be Repaired, the Ceiling
of the House to be whitened, and Tyling of the house
to be ripped & Repaired. The Shed over the
Gateway to be raised & Repaired And the Wall
over the Gateway to be raised three feet higher
and Coped with Stone & Iron Spikes.
