by this Court that notice be given to the said Mr. Milner of the
last Mentioned Committee being appointed by the said Order
made at the Session of the peace for the City & Liberty of
Westminster , And that a list of their names be also left with the
said Mr. Milner to whom It is recomended to propose & procure
a Meeting of both the said Committees for the Purposes
Mentioned in the said first rented Order, to the end that a
Report touching the premises may be made to the Court
of Sessions of the peace for the said County, And It is further
Ordered that Sr. Joseph Ayloff< no role > Houlding Bart< no role > . one of his
Maties Justices of the peace of the said County of Middx be
added to the said Committee of Justices of the peace for the
said County, and authorized to act as one of the same
Committee.

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 6th. day of December 1733
before Wm. Casper Nichas Jeffreys Paul Meyer Alexander
Garrett Esqrs. & others.

Order for appointing Mr. Wm.
Book high constable of the
Hundred of Istleworth in
the room of Mr. Benj.
Clement}

At the request of Benjamin Clement< no role > Gent high Constable
of the Hundred of Istleworth in this County who hath
executed the said Office for the space of two years & upwards,
It is Ordered by this Court that the said Benjamin Clement< no role >
be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from his said
Office of high Constable, And this Court doth appoint
William Book of the parish of Twickenham within the
said Hundred of Istleworth in this County Gent to be
high Constable of the same Hundred in the room & place
of the said Benjamin Clement< no role > , And doth Order that the said
William Book< no role > doe immediately (after notice of this Order)
attend Sr. Francis Child< no role > Knt. James Clitherow< no role > Esqr . &
John Tarver< no role > Esqr . three of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County dwelling in or neare the said
Hundred or one of them or some other Justice of the
peace for the said County dwelling in or neare the
Same Hundred, and before the said Justices or one of them
take his Oath for his due execution of the Office of high
Constable of the Hundred of Istleworth aforesaid.
