in the room of Mr. Wm.

At the request of William Berk< no role > of the parish of Twickenham
within the Hundred of Istleworth in this county Gent (who
was by an Order made at the last General Session of the
peace holden for the said County by adjornment on
Thursday the sixth day of December last appointed high
Constable of the said Hundred in the room & place of
Benjamin Clement< no role > Gents ) It is Ordered by this Court
that the said William Berk< no role > (on account of his want of
health and infirmitys) be discharged and he is hereby
absolutely discharged from being high Constable of the
said Hundred, And this Court doth appoint William
smith of the parish of Heston within the said Hundred
of Istleworth in this County Gents to be high Constable
of the Lord same Hundred in the room & place of the said
William Berk< no role > , and doth Order that the said William Berk< no role >
doe immediately (after notice of this Order) attend Sr.
Francis Child< no role > Knt. James Clitherow< no role > Esqr . & John Tarver< no role >
Esqr . three of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
dwelling in or near the said Hundred or one of them or
same other Justice of the peace for the said County
dwelling in or near the same Hundred and before the
said Justices or one of them take his Oath for his due
execution of the Office of high Constable of the Hundred
of Istleworth aforesaid.

At the request of John Meryett< no role > Gents High Constable within the
Hundred of Spelthorne in this County who hath executed the
said Office for the space of Five years It is Ordered by this Court
that the said John Meryett< no role > be and he is hereby absolutely
discharged from his said Office of high Constable, And this
Court doth appoint John Cater< no role > of the parish of Staines
within the said Hundred of Spelthorne in this County
