Maties Courts at Westminster and that it Should be
proposed to the Inhabitants of the Said Liberty of the
Tower that the Said matter may be by consent tryed and
determined by Such feigned action accordingly, and doth
thereupon Order that it be And It is hereby recomended
unto John Martin< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx and also for the Said Liberty
of the Tower to make the Said proposall to the Inhabitants
of the Same Liberty, and to report to the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the peace to be holden for
the Said [..] County, what answer they give thereunto,
to the End Such further consideration may be had in
the premisses as Shall be fitting,

a method or passing of
Vagrants from the City
& Liberty of Westmr.}

For the Settleing of a proper method for the passing and
conveying of Such Vagrants as Shall or may be
apprehended within and ought to be passed from the
City and Liberty of Westminster to or through the County
of Middx when they are to be Sent to other Countys, It is
Ordered by this Court that it be and It is hereby
recomended & referred unto John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Nicholas
Jeffreys William Dobyns< no role > Thomas Burdus< no role > Robert Hinde< no role >
the Younger Barwell Smith< no role > Thomas pindar< no role > Robert
Tothill Honorat Smith< no role > John Martin< no role > Anthony
Chamberlain Alexander< no role > Garrett Theodore Smith
and John Mercer< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this
County or any three or more of them as a Committee
to meet another Committee of the Justices of the peace
of the City & Liberty of Westminster (if the Court of
Sessions of the peace there Shall think fit to appoint one)
And together with Such other Comitte to consider of the
matteraboutabove mentioned, And what method they
Shall think most proper for the passing and conveying
Such Vagrants as aforesaid, and to Report To This Court
they Shall do in the premisses.
