Law in such case directs, And It is further Ordered by this
Court that this Order be forthwith [..] printed, and
printed coppys thereof be conveyed by the Cryer of this
Court to his Maties Justices of the peace residing in the
Several Divisions in this County.

Whereas by an Order made at the last General Sessions of
the peace holden for this County by adjornment on Thursday
the Seventh day of December last It was Ordered that
Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqr one his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County and alsoe then Treasurer of the moneys
raised within the Said County to defray the expence of
passing & releiving of Vagrants Should thereout
forthwith pay unto Henry Mackris< no role > high Constable for the
parish of Endfield within the Hundred of Edmonton in
thesaidSaid County the Sume of one hundred and
eighty pounds due to him for his Salary of fourty.
pounds P Annm for his trouble & expences in passing
& releiving of Vagrants for four years & an halfe
ending at Michas one thousand Seven hundred &
thirty two, And that the receipt of the Said Henry
Mackris together with the Said Order Should be a
Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Osborne for Such
payment As by the Said Order relation being thereunto
had may more fully appeare And the Said Henry
Mackris haveing complained to this Court at this
present Sessions that he hath applyed out and
requested the Said Mr. Osborne to pay the Said Sume of
one hundred & eighty pounds to him the Said Henry
Mackris, but that the Said Mr. Osborne hath putt him
off and hath not yet paid the Same to him the Said
Mackris, And the Said Mr. Osborne appeareing before
this Court on this day pursuant to a Sumous to him
in that behalfe Sent touching his non payment
of the aforesaid Sume and declareing that he would pay
the Said Sume of one hundred & eighty pounds to the Said
Henry Mackris< no role > on Friday the Nineteenth day of January
instant, It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Andrew
