what parish hamlet or place within his District or Division,
and what petty Constables or parish officers have made
default in not raiseing and paying the Same,

to attend the Court at

It is ordered by this Court that Alexander Clarke< no role > Gents
high Constable of Holborne Division within the
Hundred of Ossuslton in this County doe attend this Court
on Friday the twenty third day of February instant at
one of the clock in the afternoon to Show cause why he
Should not forth with pay unto James Aveline< no role > John Clark< no role >
John Penny< no role > John Thompson< no role > & Henry Midgett< no role > late
Constables of the parish of St Giles in the fields in this
County for the yeare one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty the respective Sumes of money due to them for their
trouble and expences in passing and releiving of
Vagrants amounting in the whole to fifteen pounds a
and fourteen Shillings

Annm due from the
time of his being
appointed Keeper to
the Clerk of the peace
or his Deputy on
account of repairing
New prison or in default
thereof to attend the
Court next Sessions Etc.}

Whereas Mr. Joshua Walter< no role > Keeper of New prison at
Clerkenwell in this County was by the [..] tenor of his
Constitution to be Keeper of New prison aforesaid to pay
twenty pounds P Ann to the Clerk of the peace of this
County for the time being or his Deputy by quarterly
payments to be applyed as the court Should direct for
repairing New prison aforesaid and the dwelling house
& appurtenances thereto belonging untill the Same
Should be effectually repaired, And that from and after
the effectually repairing of the Same to the Satisfaction of
the Court the payment of the Said Sum of twenty pounds
per Annum by the Keeper of New prison aforesaid
Should cease dureing So long time as the Court of
General or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County
Should think fit and noe longer, Now upon information
