It appearing to this Court that the Sume of Six pounds one Shilling and
four pence of the moneys raised for the Marshalsea King Bench &
Hospitalls by vertue of a Rate made in Easter sessions one
thousand Seven hundred thirty is now remaining in the
hands of philip Betty< no role > Gent high Constable of the Tower Division in
this County, It is Ordered by this Court that the Said philip Betty< no role >
doe forthwith pay the Said Sume of Six pounds one shilling and
four pence unto John Higgs< no role > Gent General Treasurer of this County
to be Subject to the Order of the Court of General Quarter or General
Sessions of the peace for this County touching his disposall thereof
And that the receipt of the Said Treasurer together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said philip Betty< no role > for Such
payment.

Receiver of the Rents of the Estates belonging to this County
Doe pay Such moneys as he hath already reced for rents
of the Said Estates and are now remaining in his hands
over & above his disbursments out of the Same, and alsoe
Such further Sume & Sumes of moneys as he Shall
hereafter receive for Rents of the Estates aforesaid (after
a deduction of his disbursments thereout for coales
and fireing for the Justices of the peace of this County
to be assembled in Sessions and fees for Verison
which Shall be to them presented and of Such other
usual payments as ne Shall make by Order of Court)
unto John Higgs< no role > Gent General Treasurer of this
County, whose receipts Shall from time to time be
Sufficient discharges to the said Thomas Wilkinson< no role >
for Such payments, which moneys hereby Ordered
to be paid to the Said Treasurer are to be Subject to the
Orders of the Court of General Quarter & General
Sessions of the peace for this County touching the
application and disposeall thereof,
