Upon reading the Report of Simon Michell< no role > William Hayton< no role >
& Robert Tothill< no role > Esqrs . three of his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County being a Quorum of the Committee appointed
by an Order made in July Sessions last to direct the Felons
Room in New prison at Clerkenwell in the Said County,
and the partition between the Mens comon Ward and
Bridewell , and the Great Gate leading into New Prison
aforesaid, which were out of repaire to be repaired &
amended, It appeareth to this Court by the Said Report that
the Said three Justices have caused the Said Felons Room,
partition & Gate to be repaired by Richard Tupp< no role > Carpenter , &
have viewed the Same, and considered of his bills for those
repaires (annexed to the Said Report) amounting to Six
pounds fourteen Shillings and four pence which they
thought reasonable, It was prayed that the Same may
be paid unto the Said Richard Tupp< no role > , wherupon, this Court
doth confirm the Said Report And doth Order that John
Higgs Gent General Treasurer of this County doe out of
the publick money in his hands forthwith pay the Said
Sume of Six pounds fourteen Shillings & four pence unto
the Said Richard Tupp< no role > in full of his Said bills & demand
whose receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

It is Ordered by this Court that Alexander Clarke< no role > Gent
high Constables of Holbourne division within the Hundred
of Ossulston in this County doe out of the moneys by
him reced or to be reced from the parishes & places within
the Said Division or any of them to defray the expence
of passing & releiving of Vagrants by vertue of the
assessment made for that purpose upon the Several
parishes & places in the Said Country by the Court of
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for the Same
