Oborne Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County or any
three or more of them, who are hereby desired after the
finishing of the repaires & matters aforesaid, to view [..]
Same, And see what the workman or Workmen to be
employed in the doeing thereof Shall reasonably deserve
for the Same, And to make their Report in writing touching
the premises to the Court of General Quarter or General
Sessions of the peace for this County,

It is Ordered by this Court that Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqrs . Treasurer
of the moneys raised in this County for the passing and
relieving of Vagrants Doe thereout pay unto William
Rippon one of the late petty Constables of the parish of
Southmims in this County the Sume of fourty pounds
in full of the Salary allowed to him for his trouble and
expences in passsing and reliving of Vagrants for one
yeare ending at Lady day one thousand Seven hundred
& thirty one, And that the receipt of the Said William
Rippon together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment,

It is Ordered by this Court that Alexander Clarke< no role > Gent high
Constable of Holborne Division within the Hundred of
Osbulton in this County doe out of the moneys by him
received or to be received from the parish of St. Giles in
the fields in the said County to defray the expence of
passing & relieving of Vagrants by vertue of the Assessment
made for that purpose upon the Said parish & other
parishes in this County by the Court of General Quarter
Sessions of the peace for the Same County, pay unto the
Several persons hereunder named late Constables of the
Said parish of St. Giles in the fields for the yeare one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty the Several
