Sumes of money following (Vizt.)

unto James Aveline< no role > £3..4s..0d
John Clarke< no role > £3..15s..0d
John Penny< no role > £2..19s..6d
John Thomason< no role > £2..19s..6d
Henry Midgett< no role > £2..16..0d

which Several Sumes amount in the whole to fifteen
pounds & fourteen Shillings, and are in full Satisfaccon
of the moneys allowed to the Said late Constables
respectively for their trouble & expences in passing and
relieving of Vagrants, And that their respective receipts
together with this Order Shall be Sufficient discharges to
the Said high Constables for Such respective payments.

Hundreds of Elthorne
Spelthorne & Istleworth
to pay to them the
arreares of their
pencons as money
Shall come to his
hands}

It is Ordered by this Court that John Tarver< no role > Esqr . one of his
Maties Justices of the peace of this County and Treasurer
of the moneys assessed upon the Several parishes and places
within the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne & Istleworth
in the Said County for relief of maimed Soldiers & Mariners
within the Said Hundreds, be and he is hereby desired out
of Such money (if any) as already hath or Shall be paid
into his hands for the purpose aforesaid to pay unto the
maimed Soldiers & Mariners within the Hundreds
aforesaid the Arreares of the pencons due to them, And
that their respective receipts Shall be Sufficient discharges
to the Said Mr. Tarver for Such respective payments.
