Order for adjorn the
consideracon of the Peticon
of Tho: Martin Petty Constable
of Southmims for £10. for
passing of Vagrants for one
quarter ending at Lady day
1728, untill the County day
of the next Sessions.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of the Peticon of
Thomas Martin< no role > one of the Petty Constables of the parish of
Southmims in this County for the Sume of ten pounds formerly
due to him for passing and releiving of Vagrants for one quarter
of a yeardueending at Lady day one thousand seven hundred &
twenty eight which was not paid to him by Thomas Jones< no role > Gent &
William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . the late Treasurers, be adjourned untill
the County day of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace
for this County.

of a Report by Robt. Tothill< no role >
Esqr . touching the Accot. of Mr.
Tho: Jones< no role > late high Constable
of Holborn Division, till the
next Session.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the making of a Report by Robert
Tothill Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
touching the Account of Mr. Thomas Jones< no role > late high Constable
of Holborne Division in the said County be adjourned untill the
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County.

It is Ordered by this Court that the makeing of a Report touching
the extent of the Several Divisions taking their Denominacon
from the Tower of London by the Committee of his Maties Justices
of the peace of this County in that behalf appointedly be
adjourned untill the County day of the first General Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County after Michas next.

Whereas It appeareth to this Court Mr. Richard Norwood< no role > high
Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne in this County (against
whom an accon at Law was comenced by Thomas Robe< no role > & John
Matthews
< no role > Esqrs. Clerk of the Market of his Maties Household to try
whether the said Clerk of the Market had any Jurisdiccon out of
the Kings Palace & the Precincts thereof comonly called the Little
Virge , which accon was tryed at the sitting after Michas Terme
last in Middx before the right honble. the Lord cheif Justice of his
Maties Court of Kings Bench and a Verdict found for the Plh.)
