Order for admitting John
Tull
< no role > petty constable of
Southmims into the
service of passing and
releiving of Vagrants in
the room of Tho: Martin< no role >
deced
It is Ordered by this Court that John Tull< no role > one of the petty Constable
of the parish of Southmims within the Hundred of Edmonton in
this County be and he is hereby admitted into the Service of
releiving passing & conveying of vagrants in & through third
County for the remaining part of this present year one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty one (unless the Court
of sessions of the peace for this County Shall hereafter Order
to the contrary) in the room and place of Thomas Martin< no role >
deced one of the late petty constables of the said parish, he
the said John Tull< no role > (as he hath alledged) haveing
performed the said service since the death of the said Martin and
It appearing by Certificate under the hands of Sr. John Auster Baster
and Thomas Wotton< no role > and Harorat Smith< no role > Esqrs . three of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this county residing within the Said
Hundred that they doe approve of the Said John Tull< no role > to be
employed in the service aforesaid, and It is further ordered by this
Court that the said John Tull< no role > shall be allowed & paid for his
trouble & expences in passing & releving fo the Vagrants after
the rate of ten pounds for a quarter of a year for Such time as
he shall have performed the said service, and that the said
allowance shall be paid to him as the court of General or
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County shall in that
behalfe order & direct.

making of a Report
touching the extent of the
Several Divisions taking
their Denominacon from
the Tower of London to
the County day of next
Sessions}

It is Ordered by this Court that the making of a Report touching
the extent of the Several Divisions taking their Denominacon
from the Tower of London by the Comittee of his Maties Justices
of the, peace of this County in that behalfe appointed, be
adjorned untill the County day of the next General Sessions
of the peace for this County,
