Hall on the County day of the next Easter Sessions (to witt)
Thursday the twenty ninth day of April next at one of the
Clerk in the afternoon And after dinner to give an account
of the Comiccons of William Turner< no role > and Thomas Howe< no role > [..]
before the said Mr. Nicoll for prophanely Swearing at the
parish of Hendon in the said County, and of what
proceedings have been made thereupon.

By Order of his Maties Justices of peace assembled at the
General Sessions of the peace holden at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in & for the County of Middx by adjornment
on the twenty fifth day of February last 7 write this to
acquaint your that they desire you to dine with them at
Hicks Hall on the County day of the next Easter Sessions
(to witt) Thursday the twenty ninth day of April next at
one of the clerk in the afternoon, And after dinner to give
an account of the Conviccons of William Turner< no role > and
Thomas Howell< no role > before yourself for prophanely Swearing
at the parish of Hendon in the said County, and of wh [..]

applicacon of Mr.
Charles Ley< no role > Minister
of the parishparish
of St. James Clerken-
well touching his
taking of a house
near New Prison }

Whereas Charles Ley< no role > Clerke Minister of the parish of St.
James Clerkenwell in this County exhibited his humble
Peticon unto the Court of the Last General Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for this County by adjornment on
Thursday the Fourteenth day of January last Setting forth
that there is a Small house adjoyning to New Prison at
Clerkenwell belonging to the Justices of the peace for the
said County and vested in Trustees which is very ruinius
and out of repair And the lease to the present Tenant
was (as the petr. was informed) expired or very neare
expiring, And that the Peticoner has been an Inhabitant
of the said parish and Officiated as Curate & Minister
there for the Space of fourteen years & upwards, and
