has noe house allowed him for his habitacon but is
obliged to hire a house there at his owne charge, And the
Petr. praying that he might be admitted to have a lease
from the said Trustees of the said house for such termes
and under such rent & covenants as to the Court should
seem meet, It was by an Order made by the said Court
referred unto Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knt. Nathaniel Blackerby< no role >
Edward Galloway< no role > Thomas Pindar< no role > Simon Michell< no role > Robert
Tothill Andrew Osborne< no role > William Haydon< no role > & Valentine Hilder< no role >
Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County or any three or more
of them as a Comittee to assemble & meet together at
Colchesters Coffeehouse in Red Lyon Street Clerkenwell on
Monday the twenty fifth day of the aforesaid Month of
January at eleven of the clock in the forenoon and at such
other times & places as they should in that behalfe
appoint, And to see the state and condicon of the premisses,
and what interest was Standing out in any person therein,
and what rent was referred for the said premisses, and
how far the covenants in the lease (if any) have been
broken or kept, and to consider of the matter of the said
peticon, And to report to the Court of the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County how the matter
upon the whole appeared to the said Comittee for the
further directon of the Court, This Court upon consideracon
of the premisses Doth Order that the aforesaid referrence to
the said Committee be and the same is hereby transferred
to the Clerk of the peace of this County who is to act therein
as the said Committee was desired to doe, And to make his
Report in like manner to the [..] Court of the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County.
