Kings Bench & Hospitalls , and also as high Constable of the
said Division by vertue of any precept or precepts from the
Treasurer (for the time being) of the moneys raised for
relief of maimed soldiers & mariners or from the Treasurer
(for the time being) of the moneys raised for repaire of the
publick Bridges in this County, and of his payments out of
the same, And to report a state of his said Accounts unto the
Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County on the County day of the Same Sessions (to wit)
Thursday the twenty ninth day of April now next ensueing,
And It is further Ordered by this Court that the said Thomas
Jones doe produce his said Accounts and therewith attend the
said Robert Tothill< no role > Esqr at such times & places as he shall in
that behalf appoint.

It is Ordered by this Court that the present Churchwarden,
Overseers of the poor of and petty Constables of the parish of
Hendon in this County and also Mr. Burgess of
Hendon aforesaid do attend the Court of the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County by
adjournment on Thursday the twenty ninth day of April
next at two of the clock in the afternoon of the same day
to be examined touching the Convictions of William
Turner and Thomas Howell< no role > lately made for prophanely
Swearing at the parish of Hendon aforesaid, and whether
the penaltys for the said offences have been levyed
according to Law, And if not levyed, for what reason the
same have not been levyed And this further Ordered by
this Court that the said William Turner< no role > & Thomas Howell< no role >
doe attend the said Court at the same time touching
the premisses.

His Maties Justices of the peace assembled at this present
General Sessions of the peace now holden at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in & for the County of Middx Doe Order that
a letter be written by the Clerk of the peace of the said
County unto John Nicoll< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of
the peace for the Same County to acquaint him that
the said Justices desire him to dine with them at Hicks
