Constable of the said Division in the room & place of the said
Richard Weston< no role > to the Court of the next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace for this County at Hicks Hall on Thursday the fifteenth
day of July next, on which day the Court will proceed to appoint
a high Constable of the said Division in his Stead, And Notice of the
said Meeting at the said Colchesters Coffeehouse for the purpose
aforesaid is to be given unto all the Justices of the peace of this
County residing within Finsbury Division aforesaid.

Information being given to this Court that William Cotesworth< no role >
Esqr . deced late one of his Maties Justices of the peace and alsoe
General Treasurer of this County had in his life time in his custody
Several Accounts Reports, Orders and papers belonging to this County,
And that the same are since his death come to the hands or power
of Mrs. [..] Sarah Cotesworth< no role > widow & Executive of the last Will &
testament of him the said William Cotesworth< no role > , And that she
refuseth to deliver the same, It is Ordered by this Court that Notice
be given to the said Sarah Cotesworth< no role > and also to her Attorney
to deliver up all Accounts, Reports, Orders and papers which
concern the said Treasurershipp in the custody or power of them
or either of them unto Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the peace of the
said County within the first week in Trinity Terme next, Or in
default thereof that such proceeding be made as Councell shall
advise to oblige them soe to doe.

Upon per useing the Accounts of Mr. Samuel Weaver< no role > Collector of the
Toll money of the Hay-Market in the parishes of St. Martin in the
fields & St. James within the Liberty of Westmr. in this County of
the said Toll money by him received in the Year [..] One
Thousand seven hundred and thirty (Vizt.) from Lady day one
Thousand seven and thirty one to Lady day One Thousand
Seven hundred and thirty one and of his disbursments thereout
whereby it appeareth that the said Toll money by him received
in the same Years doth in the whole amount to the Sume
of one hundred and fourteen pounds eighteen Shillings &
three pence and that his disbursments thereout including his
own salary & allowance of four Shillings in the pound by
him retained for his trouble & paines in collecting of the sd.
Toll money doth Amount to ninety six pounds nine
Shillings and four pence half penny And that there is
