finding materials & paveing the said Hay-Market on the
Feast day of the Annunciacon of the blessed Virgin Mary in
the yeare of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and thirty
one And that the receipts of the said William Brown< no role > together
with this Order or a true copy thereof shall be [..] Sufficient
discharges to the said Collector for such payments, And This
Court doth further Order & direct that the Collector of the Toll
money of the said Hay-Market (for the time being) doe
thereout pay unto the said John Mist< no role > his Executors or Admrs.
(over & above the said yearly Sume of Seventy four pounds to
him payable by Vertue of the said Articles of agreement &
Order above menconed) the said yearly Sume of Six pounds
amounting together with the said yearly Sume of Seventy
four pounds to the yearly Sume of eighty pounds for the terme
of twenty years comenceing from Lady day One thousand
seven hundred and thirty one at the same times as are
therein limited for payment of the said yearly Sume of
Seventy four pounds and Subject to the like condicons and
agreements as are therein comprized touching the same,

It is Ordered by this Court that William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
of the moneys raised in this County for the passing & releiving
of Vagrants Doe thereout pay unto Thomas Richford< no role > one of the
petty Constables of the parish of South mims in this County(who
succeeded Anthony Buckmaster deced late one of the petty
Constables of the said [..] parish in the Office of petty Constable)
the Sume of ten pounds for the allowance made to the said
Thomas Richford< no role > for his trouble & expences in passing and
releiving of Vagrants for one quarter of a year ending at
Michmas one thousand seven hundred and twenty eight,
and the further Sume of twenty pounds for the like Service
for half a year ending at Lady day one thousand Seven
hundred and twenty nine, which Several Sumes were by
two several Orders, the one made in January Sessions One
thousand seven hundred and twenty eight and the other made
in May Sessions one thousand seven hundred & twenty nine
Ordered to be paid to the said Thomas Richford< no role > by Mr. Thomas Jones< no role >
the then Treasurer, who did not pay to him the same or any part
thereof, And this Court doth further Order that the receipt of the Said
Thomas Richford< no role > together with this Order shall be sufficient discharge to the
said Mr. Cotesworth for the Sd. Several Sumes amounting together to the
Sume of Eighty pounds
