Informacon being given to this Court by William
Cotesworth Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the peace &
General Treasurer of this County that there is due to
Ebenezer Brathwaite< no role > Upholder the Sume of Sixteen pounds
five Shillings & four pence half penny upon his Bill by
him delivered for an Elbow Chair, for the Chairman of
this Court, Stuff'd & covered with Black Spanish leather and
gilt Nails, and for a crimson Velvit squob & cushion
Crimuned with Crimson silk lace and filled with swans
feathers & Downe, and for covering the Desk and green
cloath for the Table in the Court at Hicks hall & other matter
in the Said bill Specifyed, This Court upon peruseall of the
said Bill Doth order that the Said Sume of Sixteen pounds
five Shillings & four pence halfe penny be paid by the said
Treasurer unto the said Ebenezer Brathwaite< no role > in full of his
said Bill & of all his demands from this County, whose
receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment,

for maimed Soldiers &
Mariners }

It is thought fit and Ordered, upon Sufficient reason
shewn unto this Court, that Robert Gay< no role > Esqr . (who was in
Easter Sessions last chosen & appointed Treasurer of the
moneys to be collected & received for the releif of maimed
Soldiers & Mariners inhabiting & residing within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton & Gore in this County for
the yeare 1730) be and he is hereby excused & discharged
from Serveing the Said Office of Treasurer and It is further
Ordered by this Court that Thomas Milner< no role > Esqr . be and he is
hereby nominated chosen & appointed Treasurer of the
moneys to be collected & received for the releife of the
maimed Soldiers & Mariners inhabiting & residing within
the Said Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton & Gore for the
Said yeare 1730, and the Said Mr. Milner is appointed &
desired to take the account of Robert Hinde< no role > Junr . Esqr .
Treasurer for the Said Hundreds for the yeare last past in
the presence of Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knt . Sr . Henry Penrice< no role >
Knt . Richard Browne< no role > John Ellis< no role > of the pall mall John Fuller< no role >
Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Thomas Thayer< no role > Barwell Smith< no role > Esqrs . &
such other of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County as
have been Treasurers for the Said Hundreds for the purposes
aforesaid or any three of them,
