Hay-Market
in the parishes of St. Martin in the fields

be laid before the Court & taken into consideracon on the
County day of the next General Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County.

Order upon the peticon

Constable
of Kensington
Division for preventing
his discharge till he hath
answered the publick
money}
Upon reading the humble peticon of
William Lonsdale< no role >
exhibited unto this Court Setting forth that he hath Served the
Office of high Constable for Kensington
Division in the
Hundred of Ossulston
in this County for three years last
past, And praying to be discharged from his said office, It is
Ordered by this Court that (before the peticoner be discharged
from his said office) he doe give Satisfaccon to the Committee
of his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County appointed to
take the Accounts of the Treasurers of the said County that
he hath answered & paid to the said Treasurers the
publick moneys assessed by the Quarter Sessessions of the
peace for this County upon the several parishes & places
within his said Division which Committee is desired to
report to the Court if he hath paid the Same or any & what
part thereof to the said Treasuers
, and in the mean time
and untill further order to the Contrary proceedings are
to Stay upon the Indictment against the peticoner for
not produceing his accounts before the Sessions of the peace
for this County.

Committee to inspect
the Laws for regulating
the prices for the
carriage of good Etc}
Upon informacon given unto this Court that Several
comon Waggoners & Carriers who live Several miles
distant from London and bring goods to Several places
within the weekly Bills of Mortality in this County of
Middx and within the Inrisdiccon of this Court have
raised the prices for carriage of goods to excessive Rates to
the detriment of his Maties Subjects, This Court Doth Order
that it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto
