It is Ordered by this Court that Philip Stothard< no role > Gen Agent to the
right honble. the Lord William Powlet< no role > lately deced & John Ellis< no role >
of the Pall Mall Esqr . Treasurers of the Hay Market toll mony
do attend and produce before this Court on Thursday the
fifteenth day of January instant at one of the clock in the
afternoon the respective accounts of the Said toll money from
Midsumer One Thousand Seven hundred and twenty Seven
to Christmas One Thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine
and of the disbursment out of the Same,

Whereas by an Order made at the last Generall Sessions of the peace
holden for this County by adjornment on Thursday the fourth day
of December last It was recomended and referred unto Sr. Henry

Justices of the peace for this County or any three or more of them
as a Committe to assemble and meet together at George's
Coffeehouse in the Hay Market on Wednesday the tenth day of
December aforesaid at eleven of the clock in the forenoon and
at Such other times and places as they Should think fit to
appoint, And to consider of the State of the Hay Market in the
parishes of St. Martin in the fields and St. James Westmr. in the
Said County, and the Treasurership of the Same, and by what
method the Same may be most effectually repaired, and how
the State of the Accounts of the right honble. the Lord William
powlett lately deced and John Ellis< no role > of the Pall Mall Esqr .
Treasurers of the said Hay-Market Stood, and to make their
Report touching the premisses unto the Court of this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County on this
present Thursday the fifteenth day of January instant
being the County day of the Same Sessions, And whereas
