right This Court is of Opinion And doth accordingly
Order that the Account of the said Mr. Thayer< no role >
be taken and audited by the said Mr. Smith
who Succeeded him in the said Office of Treasurer,
and that the Account of the said Mr. Smith be
taken and audited by Robert Hinde< no role > Junior
Esquire who was this day chosen and appointed
by this Court to be the Succeeding Treasurer
for this present Year One thousand Seven
hundred and twenty Nine for the said Hundreds
of the Moneys to be raised for the purpose
aforesaid, in the presence of such Justices
of the Peace of this County who have been
Treasurers of the said Hundreds for the
like purpose of any three of them, as hath
been formerly accustomed,

P adjorn Jovis 17 o. die Aprilis 1729

Whereas by an Order made at the last General
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Thursday the twenty Seventh
day of February last the consideration of an
Order of his Majesty< no role > in Council bearing date
the first day of February one thousand
Seven hundred and twenty eight (therein
mentioning that it is his Majesties pleasure
that none of his Servants in Ordinary with
Fee should be enforced or any ways obliged
to beare any Publick Offices, Serve on
Juries or Inquests Watch or Ward, or to Serve
in the Militia in any Place where they dwell
or elsewhere, nor Subjected to any Mulctor
Fine for not Submitting thereunto) was adjorned
untill this present Thursday the Seventeenth
