for this County (to witt) this present Thursday the
twenty third day of February instant at two of the
Clock in the afternoon, Now upon reading the
aforesaid Patent And upon debate had concerning
the extent thereof and the Power and Authority
thereby granted And upon hearing of what was
alledged by the said Mr. Robe touching the Same
This Court upon consideracon had of the Premisses
Is of Opinion that the said Patent or Grant doth
not extend any further than to the Kings Palace
and the Precincts thereof comonly called the Little
Virge And that Copies of the said Resolution or
Opinion be forthwith delivered to the Justices of
Peace and to all the High Constables of this County,

the complaint of
John Fuller< no role > Esquire
for a Letter to be
written to Simon
Michell Esqr.

It is Ordered by this Court that a Letter be written by the
Clerke of the Peace of this County to Simon Michell< no role > Esquire
one of the Justices of the Peace of the said County to acquaint
him that his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for the said
County now assembled in their Generall Sessions Doe
desire him to Dine with them at Hickshall to
morrow at one of the clock in the afternoon, and after
dinner to shew cause why he Bayled Henry House< no role >
Robert Stables< no role > and John Wade< no role > out of New Prison
at Clerkenwell who were committed thither by
John Fuller< no role > Esquire one of his Majestyes Justice of the
Peace for the said County for cheating Thomas
Mounsey of a reckoning, and for assaulting and
beating him when he pursued them for payment
thereof, for want of Suretys without first giveing
Notice to the said Mr. Fuller, which the said Mr
Michell ought to have done according to the
Rule of this Court
