advance and pay unto the said Mrs. Offley the said Sume of
fourty nine pounds seventeen shillings and two pence in
full of her said demand whose receipt together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Mr
Willshire for such payment and the same is to be allowed
upon his account, And It is further Ordered by this Court
that the said Sume of fourty nine pounds seventeen
shillings and two pence shall be refunded and paid back
to the said Mr. Willshire or to the Treasurer of the Bridge
Money for the time being out of the Toll Money of the
said Hay-Market by the present Treasurers of the same
or their Successors, And for that end and purpose they
are hereby desired to pay the Moneys which shall from
time to time be found resting in their accounts upon the
adjusting and ballanceing of their accounts by the
proper Auditors of the same unto the said Mr Willshire< no role >
or the Treasurer of the said Bridge Money for the time
being untill the said Sume of fourty nine pounds
seventeen shillings and two pence advanced as
aforesaid shall be fully reimbursed and paid, whose
receipt or receipts with a coppy of this Order shall be a
sufficient discharge or discharges to the Treasurers of
the said Toll money for the payment or payments to
be by them made in pursuance thereof,

It is Ordered by this Court that Thomas Jones< no role > Gentl
Treasurer of the moneys raised within the Hundreds of
Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this County for the
passing of Vagrants Doe thereout pay unto Thomas Martin< no role >
one of the petty Constables of Southmims in the said
County the Sume of ten pounds for the allowance made
him for his trouble and expences in passing and
releiving of Vagrants for one quarter of a yeare ending
at Michaelmas last, whose receipt together with this Order
shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Thomas Jones< no role >
for such payment.
