It is Ordered by this Court that John Jones< no role > Gentl
high Constable of Kensington Division in this County
doe attend his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this
County to be assembled at the next Generall Sessions
of the Peace to be holden at Hicks hall in St. John
Street in and for the said County by adjornment on
Tuesday the third day of December next at three
of the clock in the afternoon to Shew cause why he
hath not paid eleven pounds five shillings and four
pence by him received for releife of Maimed
Soldiers and Mariners unto the Treasurer appointed
to receive the same, And that the said John Jones< no role >
doe then also produce before the Court an Accompt
in writing of all Moneys by him received for
Reliefe of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners for
the Marshalsea Kings Bench and Hospitalls
and for the passing of Vagrants, and how he hath
disposed of the same, and of what Arreares
are standing out and unreceived and by whom
payable

being used as
a comon way.

Whereas by order made at the Generall Sessions
of the Peace holden for this County by adjornment
or Saturday the frist day of June last It was
recomended and referred unto John Fuller< no role > Esqr.
one of his Majestyes Justices of the Pence for this
County to cause posts and Railes to be put down in
such part of the Ground as belongs to this County
to prevent a way or passage lading from the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this
County to the Corporation Work house at Clerkenwell
aforesaid in the said Order mentioned from being
made use off as a Comon way for Coaches Carts or
other Carriages, Now upon Information given unto
this Court by the said Mr. Fuller that the Steward
