It is Ordered by this Court that William Murden< no role > Gentl
high Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne in
in this County and also Treasurer of the Moneys raised
within the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and
Istleworth in the said County for the passing of Vagrants
and for the Marshalsea Kings Bench and Hospitalls
Doe pay unto Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > Knight one of his
Majestyes Justices of the Peace of this County all such
Sume and Sumes of Money as have been received by
him the said William Murden< no role > for the purposes aforesd.
and are now remaining in his hands to be Subject to
the Orders of the Justices of the Peace of this County to be
assembled in their Generall or Quarter Sessions
touching the disposeall thereof, according to the direction
of an Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of
the Peace holden for this County by adjornment on Friday
the eighteenth day of January in the Ninth Year of the
Reign of his present Majty. King George And that ye. receipt
of the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > together with this Order
shall be a Sufficient discharge to the said William
Murden for such payment.

attend his Majties. Justices of the Peace for this County to be
assembled at the next General Sessions of the peace to be
holden at Hicks hall in St. John Street in and for the
said County by adjornment on Tuesday the third day of
December next at three of the Clock in the afternoon
to shew cause why he should not forthwith pay unto Sr.
Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt . one of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for
this County the Sume of Nineteen pounds & eleven shillings
reced by him the said Albert Nisbitt< no role > for Relief of Maimed
Soldiers & Mariners and now remaining in his hands,
and all such further Sumes of Money as have been
by him received for any Publique use and now in
his hands and for which he is accomptable to this
Court.
