of the Earle of Nothampton who hath or claims
Title to an Estate in the parish of St. James
Clerkenwell , hath threatned to Arrest any Person
or Persons who shall putt down or cause to be put
down such Posts and Railes as aforesaid to prevent
the said Way or passage from being used as a
comon way for Coaches Carts or other Carriages,
And the said Mr. Fuller praying that he and his
Agents may be Indempnifyed in case he shall
Cause the said Posts & Railes to be put downe as
aforesaid in pursuance of the said Order It is
thought fitt and Ordered by this Court that in Case
any Action or Actions Suite or Suites or other
prosecution or proceeding shall be Comenced or
carried on against the said Mr. Fuller & his Agents
or any of them for or on Account of the putting down
such Posts and Railes as aforesaid in pursuance of
the Order above mentioned That then the said
Mr. Fuller and his Agents and every of them
shall be Indempnifyed and Saved harmlesse
from all damages Costs and expences which
shall or may happen by reason or meanes
of any such Action or Actions Suite or Suites
or other prosecution or proceeding as aforesaid
