or other publique moneys Ordered by the Court of General Quarter
Sessions of the peace of this County to be levyed and raised, It is
Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended and
referred unto Sr. Fisher Tench< no role > Bart . Sr . Robert Thornhill< no role > Knt . Sr.
Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt . Sr . Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt, Adam Williamson< no role >
Thomas West< no role > and Thomas Pearce< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace of this
County and all the rest of his Maties. Justices of the peace of this
County inhabiting within the Tower Hamblets in the said County
or any three of them as a Comittee to assemble and meet together
at such times as they shall think fit, and to inquire and examine
if any and what Immunitys or priviledges have been granted
to the Inhabitants of the said Liberty by any and what Charter
or Charters or Grant or Grants from the Crown, And to peruse and
inspect the same, And to see if the Inhabitants of the said Liberty
are thereby in any wise and how farr exempted from payment of
Bridge Mony or other publique Monies assessed by the Court of
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County, And to report
their opinions touching the premises unto his Maties Justices of
the peace to be assembled the next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for this County.

Order concerning Mrs
Seymour's delivery of
the Licences to Mrs
Geary}

It is Ordered by this Court that the Licences for the Victuallers and
Alehousekeepers in the several Divisions in this County (who have
already been permitted or shall be permitted renew their
Licences or to whom new Licences shall be granted for the selling
of Beer and Ale for this present Year) be delivered unto Mrs Frances
Seymour
< no role > Wife of Christopher Seymour< no role > Gent Housekeeper and
Cryer of this Court , and that such Luemes be forthwith delivered
by the said Mrs Seymour unto Mrs. Judith Geary< no role > Wife of Mr.
Francis Geary< no role > upon the termes agreed on between the said Mrs.
Seymour and Mrs. Geary, in order to be delivered out to the
respective Victuallers and Alehousekeepers to whom the same
doe belong.
