Order touching
the allowing
of the Accompts
of Trophy Money}

Upon reading Report under the hands of John
Troughton
< no role > William Prestley< no role > and John Slater< no role > Esqrs :
Justices of the Peace of this County (to whom amongst
others It was referred by Order made at the
Generall Sessions of the Peace holden for this
County on Monday the second day of December
last as a Committee to inspect and examine the
Accompts of the Trophy Money last raised
levyed or collected in this County for any
precedeing Yeare and of the Disbursements
thereout, And to Certifye under their Hands
such Examination and a State of the said
Accompts into his Majestyes Justices of the
Peace assembled at this present Generall
Quarter Sessions) It appeareth to this Court
by the said Report That the said Committee
have in pursuance of the said Order inspected
and examined an Accompt (produced before
us by Mr. Waller Clerke of the Lieutennancy
of the said County) of the Trophy Money of the
said County from the Yeare ending 24 June 1715
to the Year endind Midsumer 1720, dureing
which time Mr. Michael La Roche< no role > was
Treasurer thereof to the 5th. of July 1721,

In which Accompt the said Mr. La
Roche is charged as Debtor for
Several Sumes of Money amounting
in the whole to the Sume of} £2361.5s.8d

And the said Mr. La Roche is in the
said Accompt mentioned to be
Creditor for severall Sumes therein
mentioned by way of Disbursment
amounting in the whole to} £2167.10s.9½d
