< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County (to whom it was
by Order made at the last General Sessions of the peace holden
for this County by adjournment on the fourth day of December
last referred to take a view of the Sessions house of this County
called Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County, And to
see if any and what repairs were wanting and necessary to be
done thereunto, and to consider whether in their Judgmets
the said Sessions house ought to be rebuilt or repaired, and what
it will cost to rebuild or repair the same, and what methods are
fit to be taken in order thereunto, and to raise moneys for that
purpose,) It appeareth by the said Report that the said Justices
have taken a view of the said Sessions house to see if any and
what repairs were wanting and necessary or repair the same,
and have taken to their assistance able and experienced
Workmen for that purpose who have also viewed the said
Sessions house and delivered to them their estimate relateing
thereunto, and that the said Justices do find that to rebuild
the said Sessions house with a comodious Court, proper Offices,
Court Yards and appurtenances thereto belonging in a plain
