Meeting in Order to take a View of the said Bridge
and see what repaires are Wanting to be done to
such part thereof as is in this County. And to the
intent that the Court may have an Accompt of
what shall be done in pursuance of this Order
The said Committee of Justices are hereby desired
to certify, an Accompt of their proceedings of what
shall be done touching the Premisses unto his
Majestys Justices of the Peace at the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the
County, to the end such further Order may be
made as the Court shall think just

It is Ordered by this Court that Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role >
Knight one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County Do out of the Moneys paid into his hands
as Treasurer for the Year last past of the Moneys
raised within the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton
and Gore in the said County for Relief of maimed
Soldiers and Mariners, retaine in his hands the
Sume of Four Hundred Pounds the same being
applyed or to be applyed towards repairing the
Sessions House called Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in this County and making additionall Buildings
thereto pursuant to Orders of the Generall or
Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County
And that the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > doe pay
the residue of the said Moneys remaining in his
hands (over and above the said Sume of Four
Hundred pounds ) unto Sr. John Gouson< no role > Knight
Treasurer for this present Year of the Moneys
to be raised within the said Hundreds for Reliefe
of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners, And that
the Receipt of the said Sr. John Gouson together
with this Oder or a true Coppy thereof shall be
a Sufficient Discharge to the said Sr. Daniel
Dolius for such payment.
