Ex

up and prepare a Representation to the most Noble Thomas Hollers< no role >
Duke of Newcastle Lord Lieutenant and Custos Rotton of this
County touching the raiseing and management of Trophy
money in this County and other matters in the said Order most
particularly specifyed, which Representation is by the said
Order directed to be presented by the Body of his Maties Justice
of the peace of this County to the said Duke of Newcastle in perform
New upon reading of the Draught of the said Representation
drawn up and prepared by the said Committee of Justices or some
of them This Court doth Order and direct that the said Representation
as the same is now drawn be ingrossed, And that the same be
presented to his Grace the Duke of Newcastle according to the
direction of the said recited Order at such time as his Grace will
be pleased to appoint to receive the same,

Upon motion made unto this Court by the right honble the Lord
William Powlett< no role > one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County to have the Treasurers accompts of Trophy Money
raised levyed or collected in this County allowed and signed
by his Maties Justices of the peace now assembled at this
present Quarter Sessions pursuant to the Statute in such case
made, which accompts were heretofore produced to the Justices
of the peace at the General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County on the second day of July last in
Order to be by them allowed, but are not as yet allowed or
signed by the Justices of the peace of this County in Quarter
Sessions assembled, This Court (In regard and that a Resolucon
hath been this day made by this Court that a Representation
be laid before his Grace the Duke of Newcastle Lord
Lieutenant of the said County complaining of the illegality
of levying the said Trophy Money to which the said accompts
referr) Is of opinion and doth agree that the said accompts,
be not at present allowed.
