recommended and referred unto Sr. Thomas Jones< no role >
and Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knights William Wickham< no role >
Leonard Street< no role > Gwin Vaughan< no role > Richard Newton< no role >
Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > William Cowper Samuel< no role >
Saunders, Joseph Hayne< no role > Charles Delafaye< no role >
Francis Sorell< no role > Alexander Hardine< no role > and Matthew

< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace for this
County and to such other of his Majsties Justices
of the Peace for the said County as shall think
fit to be present or any three or more of them
to meet at such convenient times and places as
they shall think fit and to inqurie what Court
or Courts are held by the Burgesses of the said
Liberty, and by what authority or pretence they
Sett fines, and collect any Sume or Sumes of
Money of the Inhabitants of the said Liberty,
and alsoe by what authority they appoint
Scavengers and make Rates, and collect any
and what Sumes of money for cleanseing of the
Streets , And to report to this Court on Thursday
in the next Quarter Sessions an Accompt of the
Matters aforesaid and who are in their Opinions
empowered by Law to appoint such Scavengers
and how the moneys for cleanseing of the Streets
ought to be raised and by whom to the end the
Court may make such further Order touching
the Premisses at the said Court shall think
fit and agreeable to Law.
