Substantial and workmanlike manner will cost the Sume of
one thousand and six hundred pounds or thereabouts. And that
to repair the said Sessions house with the proper Offices belonging
to the same in a substantial manner exclusive of any addicon [..]
building will cost the Sume of four hundred and twenty pounds
or thereabouts, And that the charge of the doeing of such
repairs together with the altering and enlargeing the Court
and makeing additional buildings to the said Sessions house
will amount to the Sume of six hundred pounds for thereabouts
And that they being informed that there is in the hands of St.

relief of maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the Hundred
of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this County over and above

and Mariners the Sume of four hundred pounds or thereabouts
and that there is also in the hands of Thomas Jones< no role > Gentl.
present Treasurer of the Moneys raised for the Marshalsea

any particular accompt, And that they submit it to the
Judgment of this Court whether the said moneys may not be
applyed to defray the expence of repairing the said Sessions

enlarging the Court and makeing additional buildings to
the said house which they compute may amount to the said
Sume of six hundred pounds. But in case this Court shall be of
opinion that the said Sessions house shall be rebuilt the charge
whereof they estimate will amount to the said Sume of one
thousand Six hundred pounds, Then they conceive that it will
be requisite to apply to parliament for power to raise money
for that purpose. This Court upon consideration of the matters
specified in the said Report Doth not think fit to have the said
Sessions house pulled down and rebuilt But is of opinion that
the same is of sufficient strength and in such condition so as to
be effectually repaired and doth thereupon, Nomine contradice
Resolve that the said Sessions house and offices thereto belonging
be well and sufficiently repaired, And that the Court be altered
