Accomptants are hereby required to attend the said Committee of
Justices at Hicks Hall aforesaid on the said Twelfth day of February
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon and at such other times as
they shall appoint and to produce before them the Accompts of
the Moneys received by the said respective Treasurers and
Accomptants for the purposes above mentioned and of their
Disbursements thereout and of what Arrears are standing out
and unreceived upon the Rates made for raising of Moneys for
the purposes aforesaid, and of what high Constables have made
default in not paying the same to the said respective Treasurers
And the Clerk of the peace of this County or his Deputy is to send
Notice hereof by the Cryer of this Court to the said respective
Treasurers and Accomptants to the end they may produce them
said Accompts before the said Committee at the times and place
aforesaid, And this Court doth order that the Cryer of this Court
or his Deputy do give two days notice or more to the said Comittee
of Justices that they are desired to meet at Hicks Hall aforesaid
on the said Twelfth day of February next at ten of the Clock in
the forenoon to take the Accompts of the Treasurers and Accomptants
above mentinoed And the said Comittee is desired to certify a state
of the said Accompts unto his Maties. Justices of the peace to be
assembled at their General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County, And this Court is of Opinion And doth
further order that the Moneys which shall be found resting in
the hands of the said respective Treasurers and Accomptants or
such part thereof as the Court shall think fit, be paid into the
hands of the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > at such times and in such
manner as the said Committee shall appoint the same to be
Subject to the Orders of the Court of General or Quarter Sessions of
the peace for this County touching the disposal thereof.

It is Ordered by this Court that Charles Walker< no role > Gent Clerk of the
peace of the Libty of the Tower of London do attend with and
produce before his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx to be [..] hambled at the next General Sessions of the peace to
be holden [..] the same County by Adjournment on Tuesday the
twenty sixth day of February next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon the accompts heretofore left with him of the Trophy
Money raised levyed or collected in the Tower Hamblets in the
said County in the years 1719, 1720, and 1721 to the Intent that
the same may be inspected and examined by the Court.
