of the said House of Correction ) keep his constant residence
there, and well demean himself in the said Office or
employmt. and execute the same in his own person and not
by Deputy, And also if he his Execrs. or Admrs. do & shall
well & truely pay or cause to be paid unto the Sheriff
of the sd County for the time being or his Order for the
Use of his now Matie. King George his heirs & successors all
such Sume & Sumes of money as have been or shall be
imposedemployed& Sett for any Fine or Fines by any of his Maties.
Justices of the peace for the said County assembled at
any of their Generall or Generall Quarter Sessions of
the peace held within the said County on any prisoner
or Prisoner comitted or to be comitted to the custody of the
said Adam Harker< no role > as Keeper or Governor of the sd. house
of Correction for any offence or offences by them comitted
and which shall or without his or their wilfull default
may at any time or times be reced by him or his Servant
or Servants during such time as the said Adam Harker< no role >
shall continue Governor or Keeper of the said house of
Correccon And also if he the said Adam Harker< no role > in Eecrs.
or Admrs. do and shall likewise well & truely accompt with
and pay or cause to be paid unto the Clerk of the Peace
for the said County for the time being or his Deputy
all such Fees as the said Adam Harker< no role > or his
respective Servant or Servants shall or without his
or their wilfull default may during the time he shall
continue Governor or Keeper of the said House of
Correction receive for the use of such Clerk of the
Peace of any Prisoner or Prisoners comitted or to be
comitted to the said House of Correction , And alsoe
allow unto the Matron of the said house of Correction
for the time being the Apartment therein formerly
allowed to the Matrons thereof, And that in case the
said Adam Harker< no role > shall be displaced & disc'arged
from the said Office or employmt. of Governor or Keeper
of the sd. house of Correction by Order of the Justices of the
Peace for the said County to be assembled in their
Generall Quarter Sessions or the Major part of them,
