poor of the said Parish, of which the said George
Bowyer hath not yet given any accompt to his
Majestys Justices of the peace for this County
inhabiting within the said parish or to the Church
Wardens or Overseers of the poor thereof, tho' he
hath been required so to do, It is thought Fit and
ordered by this Court that the said George Bowyer< no role >
do attend his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for this
County to be assembled at the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the said County
at Hickshall
in St. John Street
in this County by
adjornment on Tuesday the thirteenth day of October
next at three of the Clock in the afternoon, and
produce before them upon Oath a true and exact
accompt Fairly written of all moneys by him
received for the Use of the poor of the said Parish of
all and every Person and Persons convicted as
aforesaid, together with the Christian and Surnames
of each Person convicted, for what offence, the time
when, and of the whole Sume forfeited upon each
Conviction, And hereof the said George Bowyer< no role >
is required not to Fail as he will answer the
contrary at his peril,
