thereto belonging And that John Bellers< no role > John Feceame and
Daniel Vandewall< no role > had on behalf of themselves and the
rest of the Trustees and Persons interested and concerned
in the said Workhouse proposed to the said Referrees
that a New Lease be granted to them the said Trustees
and Persons so interested and concerned or such other
Sufficient Persons as shall be nominated by them from
the Trustees of this County for the Term of Ninety Nine
Years from Michaelmas One thousand Seven hundred
and Nineteen at the rent of Thirty pounds per Annum
clear of all Taxes and under the like Covenants and
Agreements as in the present Lease of the said premisses,
And that in consideration of such New Lease the
Same of One hundred pounds shall be paid to the
Justices of peace and Trustees for this County for the
publique uses thereof as a Fine or Income upon
Sealing such new Lease, And that in case the paid
Workhouse shall at any time during the Term in
such New Lease be converted or applyed to any other
use then it is now put to without the consent of the
Justices of the peace of this County in Sessions, that then
the Lessees in such new Lease to be granted shall
either pay a further Fine of One hundred pounds or
Surrender the said new Lease and Term so to be granted,
Save only that the present Tenements (part of the
said Premisses) as now divided and lett out may be
continued as they are or converted into Workhouses or
otherwise as the said Lessees shall think fitt, And
that the said Referrees do approve of the said
proposalls, [..] are of Opinion that it will be for
the benefit of this County to grant such new Lease
on the Terms aforesaid, In regard of the publick
Use to which it is applyed and of the great Charge
and Expences which will be necessary to be laid out
