Whereas by Order made at the last Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by adjornment
on the Fifteenth day of October last It was referred
unto Sr. John Smith< no role > and Sr . Richard Reynell< no role > Baronets
Thomas Vernon< no role > Whitelock Bulstrode< no role > Rupert Brown< no role > John
Crookshank John Venner< no role > John Wilson< no role > John Gumley< no role > and
Lawrence Saint Lo< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace for
this County or any three of them to State and adjust the
Accompts of Christopher Clitherow< no role > Esquire Treasurer
of the Moneys collected for repair of Chertsea and
Brentford Bridges in this County, and to report the
Same unto this Court at this present Sessions or to
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County at
their next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to
be held for the said County, Now for as much as the
said Referrees have not made any report to this
Court at this present Sessions touching the said Mr.
Clitherowes Accompts, It is thought fit that it be.
And It is hereby recomended unto the said Referrees
to expedite the Stateing of the said Accompts, and to
report the same at the said next Quarter Sessions
To the end what Moneys shall be found remaining in
the hands of the said Mr. Clitherow may be my him
paid over unto John Gumley< no role > Esquire the Succeeding
Treasurer of the Moneys raised and collected or to
be raised and collected for repair of the said bridges
