within the said Tower Liberty are exempted from
payment; and ought not to be charged there with so that
by non payment of the said Assessments the said Mr.
Woster is rendred at present incapable of having his
own accompts touching the publique moneys by him
received and to be received fully adjusted, And the said
Mr. Woster therefore prayed the direction of this Court
touching the premisses, This Court upon consideration
had of the said matter Doth not at present see any
Sufficient wagon for exempting the Inhabitants of
the said Tower Liberty from payment of the said
Assesments But to the intent that the matter in
question may be compromised in an amicable manner
Doth hereby Order that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto Daniel Dolins< no role >
D'Oyly Michel< no role > Samuel Perry< no role > and Bastwick Johnson< no role >
Esquires Justices of the Peace for this County on
behalf of this County and also unto Robert Dennett< no role >
and Hugh Raymond< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace for
the said Tower Liberty on behalf of the same Liberty
to assemble and meet together touching the Premisses at
such times and places as they shall appoint, and to convene
before them the High Constable of the Tower Liberty
aforesaid and such Inhabitants of the same Liberty as
they shall think fit, And the said Mr. Woster is then and
there to produce before the said Justices of the Peace the
precepts to him directed for raising the Moneys assessed
upon the severall parishes and places within his
Division for the purposes aforesaid, And the said Justices
of the Peace are desired to examine if the said places
in the Tower Liberty aforesaid are legally and by what
means exempted from payment of the said Moneys
assessed thereupon, or whether they ought to pay the
same, And to ascertain what they shall in their
