in Consideracon of his disbursments and expences
in relation to the said premisses to be paid him
by Thomas Burdus< no role > Esquire Treasurer of the
moneys raised for repair and maintaining of the
said house of Correction out of the publick money
remaining in his hands whose receipt together
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge
to the said Treasurer for such payment But this
Court doth declare that the Keeper of the said
House of Correction for the time being hath always
at his costs and charges out of the fees and
perquisites belonging to him provided all
Blocks, Beetles, Irons, Brasills, Rivetts,
Handcuffs, Keys and other Utensils for the
safe Custody of the Prisoners comitted to his
charge, And the present Keeper being allowed
a greater Salary than former Keepers usually
had this Court doth not think f [..] to give him
any allowance in respect of the said Blocks,
Beetles and other Utensils provided by him for the
safe custody of the Prisoners comitted to his charge

Seymour hath on behalf of her husband Christopher
Seymour
< no role > Gentleman Housekeeper and Cryer of this
Court laid out and disbursed Several Sumes of
Money for repaires done at Hickshall in St. John
Street in this County, Coals, fees paid for Venison,
and otherwise on accompt of his Majestys Justices.
