to Repair the Roof and other parts of the said Work house and
Buildings, This Court upon consideration had of the said
Report Doth concurr in Opinion with the said Referrees
And doth Order that a Draught of a Lease be prepared
of the Premisses in question, And It is hereby recomended
to the said Referrees or any five of them to peruse
and Settle the aforesaid Draught and see that proper
Covenants be contained therein, And after the said
Draught shall be by them settled and approved of to lay
the same before his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County at their next Quarter Sessions for their
approbation and further direction touching the same,

moneys assessed upon
the Tower Libty,

Upon information given unto this Court by Joseph Woster< no role >
Gentleman high Constable of the Tower Division in
this County that he hath in pursuance of Several Orders
and precepts to him directed issued forth his precepts
for the raising of Several Sumes of money assessed
upon the parish of Trinity Minories , old Artillery ground ,
Liberty of the Tower within and Liberty of the Tower
without within the Tower Liberty in this County for the
passing of Vagrants, repair of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell , repair of the publique Bridges of this
County, relief of maimed Soldiers and Mariners, for the
Marshalsea Kings Bench and Hospitalls , and on
accompt of several Roberys comitted within the
Hundred of Ossulston in this County, But that Richard
Mount
< no role > Gentleman high Constable of the Tower Liberty
aforesaid and the Inhabitants of the respective places
above mentioned do refuse to raise and pay the same,
on pretence that they being Inhabitants resideing
