the Cheife Constables or Trearers for the Sd County of Middx
reimburseing them in like manner for that part of Middx
through which they Should be see conveyed, And It being
alledged to this Court that the Constable of Southmims doth
convey Vagrants from thence towards London for the Space
of two Miles only in the Liberty of St. Albans (Vizt.) between
Barnett & Whetstone , And that the Constable of Chipping
Barnett doth convey Some Vagrants from thence towards Sd.
Albans for the Space of three Miles in Middx (it being three
miles from Chipping Barnett to Southmims) and other
Vagrants from Chipping Barnett towards Bishops Hatfeild
likewise for the Space of three Miles in the Sd County of Middx
(if being three Miles in Middx between Chipping Barnett &
potters Barr) And It was further alledged that if the said
Liberty of St. Albans both Satisfye the Constables of Southmims
for the two Miles he conveyeth Vagrants through the Said
Libty towards London Then it is but reasonable that the County
of Middx Should Satisfy the Constable of Chipping Barnett for
the three Miles he conveyeth Vagrants through that County
either towards St. Albans or Bishops Hatfield, And
applicacon being made to this Court on behalfe of the Inhitants
of the Sd. Libty of St. Albans that this Court would make an
Order for that purpose And It being alledged that in case
this Court Shall refuse to make Such Order the Constable of
Chipping Barnett will be ordered by the Justices of peace
for the Sd. Burrough and Libty to convey Such Vagrants
which goe to Bishops Hatfeild noe further then Monken Hadley
in the County of Middx This Court upon consideracon had
of the premisses Doth order that John Salisbury< no role > Constable of
Southmims and Roberts Archer< no role > Constable of Enfeild in the
County of Middx doe attend the Court of the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the Sd. County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the Same County by
adjornment on Thursday the fifth day of July next of eleven
of the clock in the forenoon, and then & there give an accompt
to the Said Court of the respective places in the Liberty of St.
Albans or County of Hertford where they usually deliver or
leave Such Vagrants & others as are taken up in the parishes
of Southmims & Enfeild aforesaid respectively or brought
thither by passes in Order to be conveyed into or through
the Said Liberty of St. Albans or County of Hertford, And that
they doe alsoe give an accompt how farr they convey and of
the places where they deliver or leave Such Vagrants & others
