Browne John Gumley< no role > and John Wilson< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace
for this County and Such other Justices of the peace for the Same
County as Shall think Fitt to be present or any three or
more of them, an accompt of what Sum or Sums of money
he hath reced by Vertue of the Said Rates, and of whom by
name, and how he hath disposed thereof, and whether any &
what Sum or Sums of money are yetunpaidStanding out
and uncollected on the Said rates or either, and which of
them, and from whom, And whether the Workmen employed
in repaire of the Said Bridges or any and which of them are
yet unpaid, and how much (if any money) remains due to them
respectively, And whether any and which of the High or Petty
Constables within this County have made default in not talking
care to collect and or gett in the moneys assessed by the Said
Rates, And the Said Justices of the peace or any three of
them are hereby desired to late and adjust the Sd accompt, and
See. what Sum or Sums of money (if any) remains due from
the Said Trearer upon the ballance thereof, and to certifye a
State of the Said accompt unto his Matie. Justices of the peace
at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for
this County.

Order concerning the
passing of Vagnts. out of
he Libty of St. Albans towds
London

Upon reading of an Order made at the Generall Quarter Session
of the peace held for the Burrough & Libty of St. Albans in the
County of Hertford on the twelfth & thirteenth days of January
last, Whereby It was Ordered that his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx Should be desired to order the
Constables of South mans in the same County to convey through
the sd Liberty towards London Such Vagrants & others as Should
be taken up there, or brought thither with passes, And that the
Cheif Constables or Trearer of the Sd Burrough & Liberty Should
out of the moneys that Should be levyed on that accompt and
quartridge moneys reimburse the Sd Constables of South Mans
the charges they Should be at in See doeing for that part of the
Said Liberty through which they Should be conveyed, See it
agreed not Six pence P Mile for a Cart & three pence P Mi [..] for
an horse, for Such as Should be carryed in a cart or on house
back that are not able to goe on foot, And that the Constables
of Chipping Barnett in the Sd Liberty Should convey Such as
Should be taken up there or brought thither with passes through
the Sd County of Middx towards St. Albans or Bishop Hatfeild
