for the County of Middx and such other of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the said County as shall please to be present be
desired to give their attendance at Hicks hall in St. John Street
in the sd. County on Thursday next at nine of the clock in the
Morning to prepare and draw up a congratulate Address to his
Maty for suppressing the late Rebellion And It is further
Ordered that the Cryer and Housekeeper of the Sessions House at
Hicks hall aforesaid doe forthwith give notice of the Sd. intended
meeting to the severall Gentlemen above named, Of which he is
not to faile as he will answer the contrary at his perill

of their petty Constables
Headborough Etc

Whereas by Order made at the General Sessions of the peace
held for this County on Monday the twentieth of February last
the respective high Constables of the Tower Division. Finsbury
Division & Holbourne Division in this County were forthwith to
deliver to the Clerk of the Peace of this Comity a true & exact
List Fairly written of the severall petty Constables Headborough
Scavengers and Rafors of the severall parishes Hamletts &
places within their respective Divisions, and to mencon in
Such list what trades they are of, what places they reside in &
what signe (if any) each of them hath to his house, and that
oath of the sd. petty Constables & Headboroughs within their
respective Divisions should forthwith put up & fix upon the
Outside & front of his house next the Street to be plainly seen
a Staff two foot long at least denoteing him to be a Constable
or Head borough, and alsoe his Christian & Sir name wrote in
Large letters upon a board and that as often as any New petty
Constables Scavenger or Rafor should be appointed to
Succeed any of the petty Constables Headboroughs Scavengers
or Rafors then in Office, the High Constable of the said
respective Divisions for the time being should leave with
