cannot get any information but was informed by the
Clerk of the said Thomas James< no role >
that the said Thomas James< no role >
will be home in one Month or sooner all which information
this deponent
verily believes to be true And this deponent
hopes and expects to be able to procure the Testimony of the
said Thomas James< no role >
within the next October Sessions And
the other Deponent
James Mc George< no role >
for himself saith that on
the fourth of September instant this deponent
went to the house
of and saw the Mr. Collins the Sollicitor for the said defendant
and informed him that it would be impossible for the said
Prosecutor
to proceed to the Trial of the said Prosecution this
Sessions on Account of the absence of a material Witness And
this deponent
further saith that the said Thomas James< no role >
went
into Radnorshire
in South Wales
some time in the begining
of August last but in what part of Radnorshire
the said
Thomas James< no role >
now is this deponent
doth not know and this
deponent
expects the said Thomas James< no role >
will be in
London
in one month or sooner
