Take Notice that I shall on Wednesday the ninth day of September
instant being the first day of the next General Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer to be holden at the Sessions House in the Old Bailey in and
for the City of London ) or so soon after as Counsel can be heard) make
application to the Court that the Trial of the above Prosecution may
be putt off untill the next October Sessions on Account of the absence
of a material Witness on behalf of the Prosecution Dated this
4 th day of September 1789
