the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer, in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Applica-
tion, to stay. Proceedings thereon at the next session, which will
